Customer Care

14 days return right if you are not happy with a full refund, excl shipping cost, customer has to pay for return.

If parcels are not collected and are returned to artist, no refund for shipping.

Customers are always responsible for taxes and duties unless otherwise agreed.

For change of address, if for example a gift, creditcard company has to be advised and give consent.

Privacy & Safety

I protect your information, I never give it on to third parties and don't use it myself without your express permission. I might publish your review, never with your name though. I might, if I have to, send you an e-mail if I need more info for shipping etc.

If you wanted to sign up to my newsletter I would of course be so happy, I don't fill your inbox, but try to limit my mails to 4 times a year, or if I have a sale! You can at any time unsubscribe.
