This painting was commissioned by a groom for his bride as a morning gift, romance is still very alive and well!

Watercolor commission

The client had seen a piece similar to what they commissioned but it had already sold, I never copy myself, each piece has to stand alone, but it can have the flavour of what you have seen.

Textile collage, portrait of two daughters

One of my more difficult ones, the client wanted her 2 daughters in a textile collage with free motion embroidery, challenging but oh so fun.

Fish collage tailored to a specific space

This textile collage with free motion embroidery was made with all my own handprinted fabrics. I print with my linocuts on recycled fabrics and finish the piece with lots of free motion embroidery. This was commissioned for a guestroom.

Huge commission from one of my linocuts

This paitning was commissioned by an interior designer for her clients Nantucket house. They wanted a painting from one of my linocuts to hang at the top of their stairs. It is a bit unusual for me to paint this big, but it was great fun.

My latest commission

In this textile collage I send the client a photo of the composition before I start embroidering to make sure we have the same idea. All the flowers are handpainted, my linocuts are printed for the greenery and the vase was s fun to paint, adding a bit of gold metal leaf
