Frequently Asked Questions
What is your shipping Policy?
I ship from my studio in the south of Denmark. For most purchases I simply send with normal mail, to keep costs at a minimum, but you can at any time upgrade your shipping to registered mail (with tracking) or to courier mail (tracking and quick delivery). Normally the mail takes round the 10 working days to reach the US, Australia and other exotic destinations, whereas within Europe you should count on 5 working days for your purchase to arrive. Costs are from 10 USD for up to 3 prints and over that you should count on 20 USD.
With courier mail it takes 2 - 3 working days, costs for courier mail depends of course on destination, but at most 50 USD and more likely 30 USD. Denmark is a bit silly expensive for courier, as there is very little competition, I really apologise for that!
What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
If you for some reason want to exchange or return your purchase you can do so up to 14 days after receiving it. Please note that no specific reason has to be given, you can simply change your mind, I will refund the entire cost in cases of the print arriving damaged, and the cost of the print, for other returns. I do ask you to ship the print back to me safely and in the condition it was received.
How is the artwork packaged?
All artwork arrives carefully wrapped, I roll most prints and collages up in a mailing tube with tissue paper and a plastic sleeve. I have many years experience of packaging and mailing prints and you can visit my shops on etsy and artfinder to read reviews. I can also add a personal hand written message of your choosing if you are going to gift the print- just mail me your message and I write it in a handprinted card. If you would like the print gift wrapped or sent to another address just let me know.
How can I keep up with your new work?
You can follow me on Facebook or Instagram , just go to the front page and click on the icon, or subscribe to my mailing list (which I guard fierecely) on my contact page and you receive news of new prints. I don't mail a whole lot, so please don't worry that I will fill your inbox.
